Phil Mulder
President
Phil is the Co-Founder and President of Lagestee-Mulder Construction and Development, Inc. created in 1990 and a Principal in Lagestee-Mulder Realty. He is responsible for and oversees the daily operations of the organization and is involved with all projects. Phil’s duties include meeting with the clients to assist in the design process of new projects, develop project estimates, maintain client relationships, schedule and coordinate project progress.
Phil brings over 30 years of construction experience as a Project Executive. He offers a high level of expertise in working with faith-based organizations which require exceptional coordination, distribution of information and leadership for large groups of people and stakeholders. He has built his business on trust and giving his word as his bond. He reviews all financial aspects of each project to ensure accuracy and that the client’s best interests are represented.
EDUCATION: BS Construction Technology, Purdue University

Don Price
President
Don oversees all aspects of design and construction for LM Custom Homes and is a Senior Vice President for Lagestee-Mulder, Inc.
Don has an extensive and diversified background in residential and commercial real estate, ranging from custom home building to commercial real estate asset management, development and investment. His custom home experience dates back to 1995 when he specialized in upscale custom homes in Chicago’s North Shore and Lincoln Park.
Don is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois and received a BS in Finance from Illinois State University and an MBA in finance and Real Estate from DePaul University.

Kim McClain
Project Administrator
Kim has been providing administrative support at Lagestee-Mulder for over 17 years. She is involved with the project process from pre-construction through project completion including assisting with the bidding, securing insurance, licensing and bonding, preparing AIA contracts and documents, verifying and maintaining subcontractor insurance certificates, and preparing close out packages. She also assembles marketing brochures and assists in presentation preparation.
Additionally, Kim works with the company accountant to complete payroll and bank reconciliations. She is responsible for LM Realty accounting including accounts payable, commission payments and spreadsheet preparation. She performs accounting and property management for various company entities. She also provides human resource support.
Education: A.S. Business Administration, South Suburban College.
